Our Team & Approach
LLS therapies was founded to bring together exceptional clinicians who specialize in working with high-achieving, high-insight individuals.
Many people reach out unsure which clinician is the right fit or whether they’re ready for therapy at all. During a brief 7 private, 1:1 Discovery Call we’ll help you think through what you’re looking for and thoughtfully guide you to the clinician best suited to your needs.
Each provider here is more than simply qualified. We’ve been selected for our ability to hold complex stories with clarity, discretion, and clinical depth. While our approaches differ, we share a single commitment: helping clients move beyond performance and survival into genuine emotional alignment.
Leanna Lee-Sydnor, LCSW, Owner
Founder | Psychotherapist for High-Achieving, Emotionally Guarded Clients
I work with individuals who are outwardly composed and inwardly disconnected. My clients are high-functioning professionals, deep thinkers, and relationally reserved individuals who have learned to rely on logic, independence, and control but are beginning to feel the quiet cost of emotional distance.
In our work, I offer a calm, highly structured space where insight emerges without pressure, and self-protection is respected not pathologized. My approach blends psychodynamic depth, attachment-focused exploration, and CBT-informed clarity. We move at a deliberate, sustainable pace to build trust, emotional fluency, and internal coherence.
Clients often come to me after years of self-management. They aren’t looking to fall apart. They’re ready to understand themselves more deeply, connect more honestly, and evolve without losing what makes them strong.
If you're high-functioning but quietly stuck, this work is designed for you.
Socorro Braganca, LMHC-D
Therapist for High-Functioning Professionals in TransitionSuccess often comes with a silent cost. I work with high-achieving individuals, professionals, couples, academics, and founders who are navigating the tension between external success and internal strain.
With dual graduate degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Spirituality, my work blends deep emotional insight with value based alignment and clinical rigor. Clients come to me when high-functioning starts to mask burnout, imposter syndrome, or disconnection.
I specialize in helping professionals move through personal and professional crossroads with clarity and integrity. Our work is goal-oriented, discreet, and emotionally precise rooted in cultural humility and a deep respect for your lived experience.
If you’re successful on paper but struggling to feel it in your body and relationships, this space is designed for you.
Trained in evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, I integrate structure with insight to support sustainable change.
Alison Loewy, LCSW
Therapist for High-Achieving Women, College Students, and Adolescents Under PressureI work with people who carry a lot quietly. My clients are high functioning on the outside, but inside they’re holding exhaustion, emotional pain, and patterns they no longer want to repeat.
I specialize in supporting high-achieving women especially, mothers who are navigating burnout, perfectionism, and the emotional weight of caring for others while neglecting themselves. I also work with college students and adolescents in high pressure environments, including boarding schools, who are trying to define themselves, manage expectations, and cope with overwhelming emotions.
With over a decade of experience, my approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and gender-affirming. I help clients connect past experiences to present challenges while building the self-understanding, boundaries, and emotional clarity needed for lasting change.
This is a space for people who are ready to stop performing and start feeling for themselves.
Kollettia Kelly, LPC
Therapist for High Performers Navigating Burnout, Anxiety, and Substance UseI work with high-achieving professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who are outwardly successful but privately struggling with burnout, anxiety, or substance use. With a background in banking, I understand the pressure to perform, the fear of losing control, and the ways that success can mask distress.
Many of my clients feel stuck. They’re managing deadlines, leading teams, or running businesses while quietly coping with stress through overworking, emotional withdrawal, or unhealthy coping strategies. In therapy, we create space to slow down, examine the emotional toll of high performance, and develop tools to reclaim your energy, focus, and sense of self.
I bring deep experience working in outpatient substance abuse programs, supporting clients navigating co-occurring challenges. My style is structured, nonjudgmental, and focused on long-term, sustainable change. I integrate CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy to meet you where you are whether you need practical tools, emotional insight, or a space to feel seen.
Sessions are available in-person in Greenwich, CT or via telehealth, with flexible scheduling designed for busy professionals.
