Danielle Provino, LCSW
Head Facilitator | Clinical Director | Educator for High-Achieving Communities
Danielle Provino is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and Clinical Director with nearly two decades of experience supporting children, adolescents, families, and professionals across educational and mental health settings. As Head Facilitator at LLS Therapies, she leads custom workshops for boarding school communities, colleges, and corporate teams, bringing together psychological insight, emotional intelligence, and real-world strategy.
Danielle’s background includes years of teaching in NYC public schools and clinical leadership in multidisciplinary treatment settings. Her experience as both a classroom educator and a psychotherapist gives her a unique ability to engage high-achieving students, guide faculty through emotionally intelligent leadership, and support teams navigating stress, performance pressure, and burnout.
She has developed and facilitated trainings for staff, supervised MSW and MHC interns, and led DBT-based groups for both youth and adults. Intensively trained in DBT, trauma-focused CBT, and child-parent psychotherapy, Danielle combines structure with warmth to create emotionally grounded learning spaces where insight can lead to action.
She currently serves as Clinical Director at a group practice in New York and offers in-person and virtual workshops through LLS Therapies often co-facilitated by Leanna Lee-Sydnor or other senior clinicians.
