Psychotherapist for Individuals & Couples Navigating Transition

I work with individuals and couples navigating periods of change, uncertainty, and transition. You may be adjusting to a new role, questioning what comes next, experiencing shifts in a relationship, or finding that the life you’ve built no longer feels quite the way you expected it to. These moments can bring up questions about identity, connection, purpose, and what you want moving forward.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and practical change. With graduate degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Spirituality, I bring an understanding of how our emotional lives can intersect with our values, relationships, culture, and sense of meaning. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring our work to what you need.

For individuals, our work may focus on burnout, self-doubt, relationships, identity, or navigating personal and professional crossroads. With couples, I help partners better understand the patterns between them, communicate more openly, and work through periods of distance, conflict, or change.

You don’t have to have the next chapter figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a place to make sense of where you are, understand what matters to you now, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
